The 25 mile walk starts at 08.00 from the command centre at The Millpool, West Looe. Head over the bridge into East Looe, turning right into the town and up to Eastcliff.

After about half a mile of narrow coast path you pass along the edge of the Plaidy estate, with Plaidy beach on your right, before climbing up a narrow path leading to Kellow. You then go down some steep steps into Millendreath.

There now follows a steep climb out of Millendreath, up Looe Hill, past Bay View Farm on your left. Due to landslips and storm damage, the original coast path route between Bodigga and Struddicks (to the right just after Bay View Farm) is closed, so continue up Looe Hill. Shortly after passing the Monkey Sanctuary, turn right and pick up the coast path again, just opposite a narrow turning to the left, across fields lined with gorse, then through woodland from where you descend back onto the Looe Hill road to Seaton. There are public toilets by the bridge over the River Seaton. Follow the pavement by the back of the sea wall alongside Seaton beach.

Continue east along Brenton Road, the main b-road to Downderry, where there are public toilets on your right. After going through Downderry, when the houses end and the road turns sharply left up a hairpin bend, go straight on along the coast path which is just to the right of the entrance to Downderry Lodge.

Continue to Cargloth Cliffs, past the headland of Britain Point before descending into the small village of Portwrinkle. Proceed past the beach, small harbour and car park (where there are public toilets), and continue up the road to Crafthole, go straight through the village and follow the road down to Sheviock where you turn left just past the Church, down the country lanes before climbing up to the hamlet of Narkurs. Turn left at the crossroads then carry on down the hill to the Seaton Valley, where you pick up a trail path in the woods, which follows the River Seaton.

At Hessenford cross over the bridge just past the Copley Arms on the main A387 road and then turn almost immediately left to pick up the country lane which runs up through Lydcott Wood up to Bonyalvan, after which turn left across the bridge and up through Trebrownbridge Wood to Lower Trenode.

You then follow the road over and over Bindown (with Looe Golf Club on your left), then just past the Post Office cross over the B3253 at No Man’s Land and follow the lane round and down into Millendreath. Take the steps up to Plaidy and turn right at the top, then go down Hay Lane, turn right past Looe Primary School, up the Barbican, then turn left down Sunrising and bear off left down the steep path to Shutta. Turn left at the bottom (with Looe Train Station in front of you) then head back into Looe and cross over Looe Bridge back to the Millpool
